The tubular multi-effect water distiller is a kind of high-efficiency water treatment equipment, which adopts the multi-stage distillation technology and makes the water molecules evaporate step by step at different temperatures through the series of multiple distillation units, so as to realize the separation and purification of water. The equipment is mainly composed of heater, heat exchanger, condenser, evaporator and control system.
When the equipment is working, the water to be treated is first heated to the boiling point, and the water is converted into water vapor through the heater. Then, the water vapor enters the evaporator and comes into contact with the water to be treated, so that the dissolved substances in the water are evaporated and the pure water vapor is separated. Since evaporation occurs at low pressure, the boiling point of water is lowered, thus reducing energy consumption.
Next, the pure water vapor enters the condenser, comes into contact with the cooling water, is quickly cooled, and becomes a liquid. During the condensation process, the heat in the water vapor is transferred to the cooling water, which heats it up, achieving heat recovery and improving the energy efficiency of the equipment. After that, the purified water obtained by condensation enters the next level of evaporator, and the above process is repeated to further improve the purity of the water. Because each evaporator is connected to the condenser of the previous stage and the evaporator of the later stage, the content of pure water will increase step by step.
Throughout the water treatment process, the flow of water vapor is controlled by a control system, which makes the water molecules evaporate step by step at different temperatures, so as to achieve the separation of substances and the purification of water. The heat exchanger in the system plays the role of transferring heat and adjusting temperature to ensure the normal operation of the equipment.
Tubular multi-effect water distiller is widely used in the following fields:
1. Pharmaceutical field: used for the preparation of pure water, water for injection, water for filling, etc., to meet the strict requirements of pure water in the drug production process.
2. Chemical industry: used to prepare chemical raw materials, solvents, reagents and other pure water to ensure the quality and safety in the chemical production process.
3. Electronic field: used for cleaning, flushing and perfusion of electronic parts, integrated circuits and other manufacturing processes to ensure that impurities will not cause damage to electronic equipment.
4. Food and beverage field: used for the preparation of pure water, distilled water, deionized water, etc., to meet the strict requirements of water quality in the production process of food and beverage.
5. Laboratory field: It is used for the demand for pure water in the laboratory, such as the preparation of experimental water and the cleaning of laboratory instruments.
6. Other fields: It is also suitable for other industries requiring high purity water, such as pharmaceuticals, cosmetics, semiconductors, optoelectronics and other fields.
